We stand behind our work. Repairs we make for your current accident are warranted for as long as you own the vehicle, and our paint is warranted for the life of the vehicle against defects like peeling and fading.

Repairs
All repairs relating to your current loss, on the items originally estimated, are warranted for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty covers defects that happen under normal conditions.
Paint
Our paint is warranted for the life of the vehicle against cracking, loss of gloss from hazing, chalking or fading, peeling, and blistering caused by moisture. This applies when we refinish over the original, undamaged factory finish or over original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts.
Parts
Parts are made by your original equipment manufacturer (OEM), unless we tell you otherwise and note it on your repair order.
Other products
If a manufacturer’s product we installed has a problem, we help you with that manufacturer’s claim.
What is not covered
- Damage from new accidents
- Negligence, abuse or misuse
- Exposure to the elements
- Stone chips (paint chipped by driving)
- Rust-related conditions
- Sublet work listed on the repair order
- Tires, batteries, mechanical parts, wiper blades, oil and air conditioning (these may be covered by their manufacturers’ warranties)
- Loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, towing, rental, lodging, loss of business, or other incidental or consequential damages
